Fully enjoy the Tennessee countryside at Long Branch Lakes

This unique and limited project of 10 homes and homesites — each approximately one acre in size — is set amid the 5,000-acre community of Long Branch Lakes in Central Tennessee.

The home designs will range in size from 1,100 to 1,850 square feet. Building is underway for the outdoor arena, where special care has been taken to achieve a multi-disciplinary footing for riders and trainers.
And soon to follow will be an additional 28-stall barn with indoor arena and rider's lounge. The on-site Camp Lake recreation compound (one of two lakefront recreation areas) boasts four tennis courts, a basketball court, adjacent sports fields, and a heated swimming pool complete with a waterfall. Equidistant from Nashville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville (all about 1 ½ hours away), you can always drop in — if the drive is too long — using the Long Branch Lakes helipad.
