Cole Swindell releases his new music video for “This Is How We Roll,” from his Down Home Acoustic Series, exclusively with C&I.
Cole Swindell has had a very successful year touring with Dierks Bentley and selling out clubs around the country. He’s also been busy working on the fourth installment in his Down Home Sessions series. Every year since 2014, he’s put one out, batching up hit songs he’s written or co-written for other artists.
Last month, Swindell released Down Home Sessions IV, with a brand-new set of songs on an EP that includes Swindell’s versions of Luke Bryan’s “Beer in the Headlights” and “Roller Coaster,” Craig Campbell’s “Outta My Head,” Thomas Rhett’s “Get Me Some of That,” and Florida Georgia Line’s “This Is How We Roll” — all of which have been extremely successful on the country music charts.
As a part of his Down Home Acoustic Series, Swindell has also been releasing music videos for the latest Down Home Sessions EP.
C&I has an exclusive first look at “This Is How We Roll,” which Swindell and Luke Bryan wrote with Florida Georgia Line.
“'This Is How We Roll' is one of my favorite moments of my live show, still – I do a little medley of songs I wrote for other people. I wrote this song with Brian and Tyler of FGL and Luke Bryan, and I’ll never forget me and BK being in the back of their bus one day. This was before I had my record deal – I was just out on the road writing with Luke and FGL – they were on tour together,” says Swindell about the track.
